G ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the liquor license renewals as listed for the year 2012 with the following conditions: 1) Payment of fees from Celt's; 2) Receipt of Consent to Release Information Forms from Fireside; and 3) Receipt of Consent to Release Forms from Shenanigan's. ISSUE Each year the City Council considers renewals of liquor licenses for all businesses in Rosemount that handle the sale of intoxicating liquor. The following applications for liquor licenses have been received for 2012: AMF City Limits On -Sale Liquor License (Class B) and Special Sunday Applebee's , On -Sale Liquor License (Class B) and Special Sunday Carbonne's Pizza & Pub On -Sale Liquor License (Class B) and Special Sunday Celt's On -Sale Liquor License (Class A) and Special Sunday Cub Liquors Off -Sale Liquor License Fireside On -Sale Liquor License (Class B) and Special Sunday Las Tortillas On -Sale Liquor License (Class B) and Special Sunday MGM Off -Sale Liquor License Rosemount American Legion Post 65 Club On -Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Rosemount Liquor Off -Sale Liquor License Rudy's Redeye Grill On -Sale Liquor License (Class B)'and Special Sunday Shenanigan's Off -Sale Liquor License Shenanigan's Pub On -Sale Liquor License (Class A) and Special Sunday Tops Pizza and Hoagies OA -Sale Liquor License (Class B) and Special Sunday VFW Club Rosemount Post 9433 Club On -Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday SUMMARY The Police Department conducted the annual investigations on each applicant and business. During the previous twelve months, none of the businesses had significant changes in the number of police calls for service at the establishments. Applicants were required to and have submitted proof of insurance, renewal fees and the necessary paperwork for the renewal. CONCLUSION Staff recommends approval of the above - stated licenses.
