NOVE BER 15, 2011
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Cou cil was held
on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2:75 145 Street
West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Shoe Corrigan,
Kearney and Weisensel attending. Staff present included City`Administrator Johnson, City Clerk
Domeier, Communications Coordinator Cox, Chief of Police Kalstabakken, Commu 'ty
Development Director Lindquist, Director of Parks and Recreation Schultz, Director of Public
Works /City Engineer Brotlzer and City Attorney Mandershied. The Pledge of Allegi, nce was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson shared a letter that requested the withdrawal of the appli ation for New
Business item 9.a. Request by SKB Environmental to Allow Composting as an Inter - Use in the
Waste Management District and Amend the Existing Interim Use Permit to Include 1 omposting,
Case 11- 17 -TA; 11- 18 -IUP. He stated the item should therefore be removed from e agenda.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Adopt Agenda with removal of item 9.a.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
3.a. Commendation of state championship for Rosemount High School mar hing band
Mayor Droste presented members of the state championship marching band with ce itificates of
commendation.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of upcoming events. A business luncheon will b: held on
December 1, 2011, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Rosemount Community Center, 137,85 South
Robert Trail. The next City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2111 at 7: 30
p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion 'y Droste,
second by Weisensel, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
