RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Adopt a Resolution Ordering the Project for the
Prestwick Place 3 rd Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #436.
BACKGROUND:
On August 1, 2011, the Rosemount City Council received the plans and specifications for the Prestwick
Place 3rd Street and Utility Improvements. This project has been designated as City Project No. 436.
As part of the Minnesota Statute 429 process the City needs to order the project. Generally this step is
done after a public hearing, however since we received Petition and Waiver Agreements, no public hearing
was held.
SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting that the City Council adopt the attached resolution ordering the project for City Project
436.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT
PRESTWICK PLACE 3 RD STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #436
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the plans and specifications on August 1, 2011 for
City Project #436; and
WHEREAS, the City Council received Petition and Waiver Agreements for said project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders
the improvements of the Prestwick Place 3 Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #436.
ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2011.
