Ms. Lauryn Bellows began °-her duties as a police officer with the Rosemount Police Department on August
8, 2011. She will be present at the meedng'to take the Oath of Office. k
Lauryri is originally from Brooklyn Park where she graduated from Park Center High School. Officer
Bellows received her post - secondary law enforcement training at North Hennepin Community College
and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Saint Mary's University.
Prior to joining our Police Department, she worked for several years for the City of Brooklyn Park in the
_Park and Recreation Department's summer programs. She also was a member of the Brooklyn Park
Police Department's Reserve Officer program. In addition, she served with the Minnesota State Fair
Police as a Reserve Officer.
Upon completion of her field training, Officer Bellows will begin working as a patrol officer.
