RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Adopt Changes to the 2012 City Council Meeting
Schedule.
ISSUE
Regular City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Work Session meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Occasionally meeting
dates are changed to avoid conflicts with holidays or other events.
Proposed changes to the 2012 meeting scheduling are as follows:
Precinct Caucuses: Change February 7 meeting to February 6 at 7:30 p.m.
Night to Unite: Change August 7 meeting to August 6 at 7:30 p.m.
Election Day: Change November 6 meeting to November 7 at 7:30 p.m.
CONCLUSION
Staff recommends approval of the changes to the 2012 City Council Meeting Schedule.
