RECOMMENDED ACTION: None.
DISCUSSION
The Port Authority owns a small portion of the Steeple Center redevelopment site. More importantly the
redevelopment of the property is important to the vitality of the City's Downtown and implementation of
the Downtown Redevelopment Framework. Staff is providing a brief update of the discussions relating to
redevelopment of the site, including a senior housing and senior center addition. Further work will need to
occur on the proposal prior to public comment and review.
