a. Danner, Inc. Request for Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal for 2012 (12- 01 -ME).
Danner, Inc. has submitted a request for a renewal of their mineral extraction permit for the
year 2012.
b. The Ryland Group Preliminary Plat, Planned Unit Development Master
Development Plan and Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment for Greystone
Development (11- 33 -PP, 11 34 PUD, 11 35 CP). The Ryland Group has submitted
applications for a comprehensive guide plan amendment preliminary plat and planned unit
development master development plan with rezoning approval to amend the land use
designation for the 23 acre subject property from MDR Medium Density Residential to
LDR Low Density Residential and rezone the subject property from AGP Ag Preserve
to R1 PUD Low Density Residential Planned Unit Development to construct
approximately 50 single family homes on 60 foot wide lots. This is a continuation of the
public hearing opened at the December 27, 2011, meeting.
