RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve an Off-Sale Liquor License for MGM Wine
& Spirits, Inc. DBA MGM Wine & Spirits for the premise located at 15047 Crestone Avenue,
Rosemount.
ISSUE
An off -sale liquor license has been applied for MGM Wine & Spirits,;Inc. DBA MGM Wine & Spirits
( "MGM ") for the premise located at 15047 Crestone Avenue, Rosemount.
SUMMARY
Terrance Maglich and Michael Maglich, both officers of MGM, together submitted' the required liquor
license application materials including the corporate documents, liquor liability and workers compensation
information and the necessary fees. A background investigation was completed by the Police Department.
Based upon the results of the background investigation, police staff found no reason to deny the liquor
license. MGM currently holds an off -sale liquor license for the premise at 14865 South Robert Trail. They
intend to relinquish the liquor license at the Rosemount Crossing location upon approval of this liquor
license request by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.

The license will require final approval by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Staff recommends
approval of the Off -Sale Liquor License for MGM for the premise located at 15047 Crestone Avenue,
Rosemount.
