Broback LLLP and Anchor Bank as Recommended within the Executive Summary. BACKGROUND: At the Council meeting on February 6, 2012, authorization was given to present offers for temporary and permanent easements needed to complete the Diamond Path Trail Improvements. On March 6, 2012, authorization was given for payment to two properties. To date, agreements have been made with a total of three properties and negotiations are currently in progress with the remaining three properties. Agreements for the remaining properties will be presented at a future Council meeting. The attached map shows the location and current status of the required easements. The proposed payment to A.C. Broback LLLP and Anchor Bank includes compensation for a permanent trail easement. The appraised value for this easement is $7,500. Signatures for the easement have been received by the City. Staff is requesting that Council authorize payment to A.C. Broback LLLP and Anchor Bank. Parcel # /PID Name Address Amount 34- 15250 -01 -100 A.C.
