RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Authorize the Preparation of a Feasibility Report for
Greystone Street and Utility Improvements, City Project 439.
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Ryland Homes, has requested the preparation of a feasibility report for proposed public
improvements within the proposed Greystone development. This feasibility report will address street and
utility improvements and will include costs and funding for the project. At this time funds have been
received from the developer to cover costs associated with the preparation of the feasibility report. A map
depicting the project area is attached.
SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare a feasibility report for Greystone Street and Utility
Improvements, City Project 439.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
GREYSTONE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 439
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the
feasibility of Greystone Street and Utility Improvements, City Project 439.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility
report prepared for Greystone Street and Utility Improvements, City Project 439.
ADOPTED this 3' day of April, 2012.
