RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the following donations: $500 from MN
Energy Resources for the "One Book, One RosemounY' event (co-sponsored by the Robert
Trail Library and the City of Rosemount) that is taking place during October 2012, $50 from
the Rosemount Lions Club to be used for the Community Ride for the Greenways program
to be held on May 20 and $5 for the Family Fun Fest which is an adjustment for an
overchar e.

Receive donations.
BACKGROUND
Motion to approve the following donations: $500 from MN Energy Resources for the "One Book, One
Rosemount" event (co-sponsored by the Robert Trail Library and the City of Rosemount) that is taking
place during October 2012, $50 fYOm the Rosemount Lions Club to be used for the Community Ride for
the Greenways program to be held on May 20, and $5 for the Family Fun Fest which is an adjustment for
an overcharge. The City credit card used to pay for the inflatables for the Family Fun Fest was
overcharged $5 by Jumpity Jump, the company that provided the inflatables. They were not able to refund
our credit card, so a check was issued to the City of Rosemount for $5 and re-deposited into the donation
account. This item is actually an adjustment to our donation account.
SUMMARY
This is a request for Council to receive the donarions listed above.
