RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve applications for renewal of 3.2% Malt
Liquor Licenses as listed below for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
ISSUE
The following four businesses have submitted applications for the renewal of either an off -sale or on -sale
3.2% Malt Liquor License for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013:
Aldi Foods #61, 14995 South Robert Trail Off -Sale
Kwik Trip #697, 14810 South Robert Trail Off -Sale
Rich Valley Golf Club, 3855 145 St. E. On -Sale
Pizza Hut, 15065 Canada Avenue W. On -Sale
SUMMARY
The Police Department conducted the annual investigations and found no reason to withhold any of the
above -listed licenses. Applicants were required to and have submitted proof of liquor liability and workers
compensation insurance, renewal fees and the background investigation paperwork for the renewal. The
license fee for off -sale is $210 and the on -sale fee is $250.
RECOMMEDATION
Staff recommends approval of the above - stated licenses.
