ISSUE
Over the last several months the Port Authority has discussed the idea of updating the Downtown
market study conducted by Maxfield in November, 2003. The market study was emailed to the
Commission so members could review its content. It was determined that we would discuss whether
we should move forward on an update, or wait, at our July meeting. Staff will move forward after
direction from the Port Authority.
