Motion to approve a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for the Rosemount VFW to hold a
120 Leprechaun Days event on Jul 29, 2012 at 2625 120 Street West subject to conditions

within the staff report.
SUMMARY
The Rosemount VFW (the "VFW ") has submitted requests for Temporary Outdoor On -Sale Liquor
License at 2625 120 Street West. The purpose of the request is to hold Leprechaun Day events in their
parking lot.
Staff recommends approval of the temporary license as requested by the VFW to hold an event on July 29,
2012. The approvals are subject to the following conditions:
1. The parking lot area be fenced in a manner consistent with prior years and approved by the
Rosemount Chief of Police.
2. Access points to the fenced area are staffed by the VFW to control entry /exit.
