REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
JULY 3, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145 Street West,
Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies and Weisensel
attending. Council Members Shoe - Corrigan and Kearney were absent. Staff present included City
Administrator Johnson, City Clerk Domeier, Director of Public Works /City Engineer Brotzler,
Director of Parks and Recreation Schultz and City Attorney LeFevere. The Pledge of Allegiance
was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson stated there were no additions or corrections.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: 3
Nays: 0. Absent: Shoe - Corrigan, Kearney. Motion carried.
CONSENT AGENDA
Mayor pulled 6.c. Appointment of Election Judges for 2012 Primary Election.
Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Weisensel.
Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda with the removal of 6.c.

Nays: None. Absent: Shoe - Corrigan, Kearney. Motion carried.
6.a. Appointment of Election Judges for 2012 Primary Election
Mayor Droste provided information on the upcoming elections and thanked election judges for the
time they devote to the process.
Motion by Droste. Second by Weisensel.
Motion to approve the attached Resolution appointing election judges for the 2012 Primary
Election.
Ayes: Droste, Weisensel, DeBettignies
Nays: None. Absent: Shoe - Corrigan, Kearney. Motion carried. (Resolution 2012 - 44)
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next regular meeting will be held on July 17,
2012 followed by a special work session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by Weisensel, the meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
