REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
APRIL 19, 2011
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City- Council was held
on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145`'' Street
West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting with Council Member DeBettignies, Shoe - Corrigan, Weisensel and
Kearney attending. Staff present included City Administrator Johnson, City Clerk Domeier,
Communications Coordinator Cox, Director of Parks and Recreation Schultz, Director of Public
Works /City Engineer Brotzler, City Attorney LeFevere and Community Development Director
Lindquist. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson did not propose any changes to the agenda.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.

Director of Public Works /City Engineer Brotzler summarized the information provided in the staff
report.
Mayor Droste opened the Public Hearing.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to close the Public Hearing.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Weisensel.
Motion to adopt a resolution approving vacation of the drainage and utility easements over
Oudot A, Glendalough 3` Addition, subject to conditions.
Ayes: Shoe - Corrigan, Droste, Weisensel, Kearney and DeBettignies
Nays: None. Motion carried. (Resolution 2011 -30)
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Council Member DeBettignies stated that a local student competed in a dance competition in
Dublin. Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday,
May 3, 2011 at 7:30 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a Motion by Droste,
Second by DeBettignies, the meeting unanimously adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
