REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
NOVEMBER 1, 2011
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday,November 1, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall,2875 145`h Street
West,Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBetrignies,Shoe-Corrigan,
Weisensel and Kearney attending. Staff present included City Administrator Johnson,City Attorney
LeFevere, City Clerk Domeier and Finance Director May. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson stated that additional information was distributed for item 8.a.Accept
Bids and Award Sale—G.O. Improvement Bonds, Series 2011A.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.

Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Weisensel.

OLD BUSINESS
8.a. Accept Bids and Award Sale—G.O. Improvement Bonds, Series 2011A
Finance Director May provided a summary of the staff report and an update on the bond sale. Terri
Heaton of Springsted provided additional information on the sale of the bonds. Brief discussion
was held regarding the sale of the bonds and the interest rate.
Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Kearney.
Motion to adopt a Resolution Awarding the Sale of$2,080,000 General Obligation
Improvement Bonds, Series 2011A;and Providing for their Issuance.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of upcoming events. The following ribbon cutting events may
have a quorum of City Council attending: November 2,2011 at 4 p.m. at Sprint Store;November 3,
2011 at 5:00 p.m. at Hawkins (12955 Courthouse Blvd.);and November 8,2011 at 4p.m. at Get in
Shape For``Uomen (15095 Claret Avenue). The next Ciry Council meering will be held on
November 15,2011.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by DeBettignies,the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
