Walk, Inc. has submitted applications for a preliminary plat, master development plan
planned unit development with rezoning and final plat to develop a commercial subdivision.
b. Thomas and Beverly Logelin Request for a Lot Split and Combination (12- 23 -LC).
Thomas and Beverly Logelin of 12845 Bengal Avenue have submitted an application for a
lot split and combination to acquire 1,366 square feet of the parcel to the north owned by
Tim Jerin at 12795 Bengal Avenue.
