ISSUE Staff is requesting to hold the first regular meeting in November on Monday,November 5. At the January 3, 2012 meeting the City Council adopted a motion to hold the first meeting on November 7 because Election Day is November 6. Due to changes in scheduling related to the election, staff is requesting the City Council to consider holding the meeting on November 5 at 7:30 p.m.
