a. Approval of the October 23, 2012, Regular Meeting Minutes
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
a. Vesterra Stonex Request for Small Scale Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal for
2013 (12- 32 -ME). Vesterra LLC /Stonex LLC, requests renewal of the Vesterra and Stonex
mineral extraction permit for 2013.
b. Shafer Contracting Request for Small Scale Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal for
2013 (12- 33 -ME). Shafer Contracting has applied for the annual renewal of the mineral
extraction permit for their property located one mile north of 135th Street East and 1/4 mile
west of Rich Valley Blvd.

a. 2013 2022 City of Rosemount Capital Improvement Plan. Minnesota statute requires
the Planning Commission provide a written report to the City Council that the Capital
Improvement Plan is in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan.
