REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
TUESDAY, JANAURY 17, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council�vas held
on Tuesday,January 17,2012 at 6:00 p.m, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145`h Street
West,Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBetrignies,Shoe-Corrigan,
Weisensel and Kearney attending. Staff present included City Administrator Johnson, City Clerk
Domeier,Director of Parks and Recreation Schultz,Community Development Director Lindquist
and City Attorney LeFevere.The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson stated there were no changes to the agenda.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Approve the Agenda.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
CONSENT AGENDA
Council Member Weisensel requested clarification on the renewals for item 6.e. 2012 Solid Waste
Haulers Licenses. Director of Parks and Recreation Schultz explained that prior to the first of the
year renewal forms are sent to the licenses. Some of the renewals were approved at the December
20,2011 regular meeting. The additional renewals received after that date are included as part of
this Consent Agenda.
Motion by DeBetrignies. Second by Kearney.
Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste revie�ved the calendar of upcoming meetings.The City Council will hold goal setting
sessions in the Council Chambers at City Hall,2875 145`" Street West,on Friday,January 20 from 6
p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday,1anuary 21 from 8 a.m, to 2 p.m.The next City Council meering will
be held on Monday,February 6,2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Ciry Hall, 2875 145`''
Street�Y�est,because of the caucuses set for February 7.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by Weisensel, the meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
