a. Shafer Contracting Request for Small Scale Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal for
2013 (12- 33 -ME). Shafer Contracting has applied for the annual renewal of the mineral
extraction permit for their property located one mile north of 135th Street East and 1/4 mile
west of Rich Valley Blvd. This is a continuation of discussion on this item from the
November 27, 2012, Planning Commission meeting.
b. SKB Environmental Request for Small Scale Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal for
2013 (12- 34 -ME). SKB Environmental requests renewal of their small scale mineral
extraction permit for 2013 for the land owned by Otto Ped and Grace Kuznia.
