a. Danner, Inc. Request for Small Scale Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal for 2013
(12- 35 -ME). Danner, Inc. has applied for the annual renewal of the mineral extraction
permit for 2013 for their property located east of Highway 52 and south of County Road 42.

a. Request for Final Plat Approval of Prestwick Place 6th Addition (13- 03 -FP). D.R.
Horton, Inc. — Minnesota has applied for final plat approval of Prestwick Place 61h Addition
for the development of four lots.
b. Request for Final Plat and Minor Planned Unit Development Amendment for
Prestwick Place 7th Addition (13- 01 -FP, 13- 05 -AMD). U.S. Home Corporation (Lennar)
has applied for final plat approval and minor amendment of the planned unit development
of Prestwick Place 7th Addition for the development of 37 lots.
8. REPORTS
a. Planning Commissioner Terms. Commissioners DiNella and Miller's terms expire on
March 31, 2013.
