a. Flint Hills Resources Variance Request to Allow Placement of Rail Car Storage
Tracks (13 -07 -V, 13- 08 -V). Flint Hills Resources has submitted a variance request to allow
placement of their propylene rail car storage tracks within the setback and screening
requirements.

PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING.
b. Flint Hills Resources Request for Site Plan Review (13- 06 -SP). Flint Hills Resources
has applied for a site plan review of the proposed propylene storage and distribution
project's rail car storage tracks at Flint Hills.
c. SKB Environmental, Inc. Request for Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment (13-09 -
TA). SKB Environmental, Inc. has applied for a zoning ordinance text amendment to amend
Waste Definitions and Interim Uses within the Waste Management Zoning District.

a. Request for Final Plat and Minor Planned Unit Development Amendment for
Greystone 2 "d Addition (13- 11 -FP, 13- 12 -AMD). U.S. Home Corporation (Lennar) has
applied for final plat approval and minor amendment of the planned unit development of
Greystone 2nd Addition for the development of 31 lots.
