REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
FEBRUARY 19, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145' Street
West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Shoe - Corrigan,
Weisensel and Demuth attending. Staff members present included City Administrator Johnson, City
Clerk Domeier, Communications Coordinator Cox and City Attorney LeFevere. The Pledge of
Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson stated there were no proposed changes to the Agenda.
Motion by Droste. Second by Demuth.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
DEPARTMENT HEADS REPORTS /BUSINESS
3.a. Recognition of Representative Kurt Bills
Mayor Droste presented a plaque to former Representative Kurt Bills commending his service.
CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Shoe - Corrigan.
Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda
a. Minutes of the February 5, 2013 Regular Meeting Proceedings
b. Bills Listing
c. Budget Assignments (Resolution 2013 -20)
d. Pharmaceutical Drug Disposal Program Joint Powers Agreement (Resolution 2013 -19)
e. Receive Donation — Parks & Recreation Dept.
f. Expenditure Approval from the Donation Account — Parks & Recreation Dept.
Ayes: DeBettignies, Shoe - Corrigan, Droste, Weisensel, Demuth
Nays: None. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
9.a. Council Goals for 2013 -14
City Administrator Johnson provided a summary of the staff report and proposed goals. He
provided updated changes to the goals as proposed by Council Members.
Motion by Shoe - Corrigan. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Adopt Council Goals for 2013 -14 including suggestions from Council Members.

Nays: None. Motion carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next City Council meeting will be held on March
5, 2013.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by DeBettignies, the meeting was adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
