a. Request by D.R. Horton for Final Plat for Prestwick Place 8th Addition (13- 13 -FP).
D.R. Horton has applied for final plat approval of Prestwick Place 8th Addition for the
development of 33 lots.
b. Adult Use Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment (13- 10 -TA). Staff initiated request to
revise and coordinate the different sections of the zoning ordinance pertaining to adult uses.
