RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve the addition of owner Kraig Oeltjenburns
to be listed on the On -Sale Class A and Special Sunday Liquor License for CPL, LLC DBA
Shenanigan's Pub for the premise located at 14605 South Robert Trail.
ISSUE
Kraig Oeltjenbruns has made application to be second equal owner of CPL, LLC. In _January, 2012,
Courtney Lerdon of CPL, LLC received an On -Sale Class A and Special Sunday liquor license for the
Shenanigan's Pub premise located at 14605 South Robert Trail. Mr. Oeltjenbruns and Mr. Lerdon plan to
own equal shares of CPL, LLC and operate Shenanigan's Pub together.
SUMMARY
Mr. Oeltjenbruns submitted the required liquor license application materials. A background investigation
was completed by the Police Department. Based upon the results of the background investigation, police
staff found no reason to deny the liquor license. .
Staff recommends approval of the addition of owner Kraig Oeltjenburns to be listed on the On -Sale Class
A and Special Sunday Liquor License for CPL, LLC DBA Shenanigan's Pub for the premise located at
14605 South Robert Trail..
