A. Niebuhr & Associates, Inc. Your Trusted Marketing Research Professionals ➢ When deciding what to include in the YMCA Recreational Center, the partners should strongly consider both fitness and water activities. There is strong interest among residents and students for: ➢ Indoor walking and jogging track ➢ Cardiovascular fitness machines ➢ Indoor aquatic center ➢ Although there is less interest in UMORE programs or classes than the YMCA programs, the YMCA should recognize that these classes would likely use multipurpose space in the new building, so the partners should consider offering these classes. y Residents without children in their household and those who are between the ages of 55 and 64 are the most interested in UMORE classes.
