Droste, Mayor AGENDA NO. 3 ATTACHMENTS: APPROVED BY: IJAJ RECOMMENDED ACTION: Presentation of certificates of commendation Rosemount is fortunate to have a large number of young people who reach the highest levels of Scouting programs. The "Eagle Scout" designation is the highest advancement rank for Boy Scouts. The City Council tonight continues its tradition of honoring these accomplishments by commending two Rosemount students who recently achieved the Eagle rank. Terren Ausen assembled a team of volunteers to improve a couple of the tee boxes at the Brockway disc golf course in Rosemount. He is a senior graduating from Rosemount High School next month. Terren plans to study conservation at Vermillion Community College in the Boundary Waters this fall. Jack Anthony Spadafore created a project involving the classification, mapping, and identification of buildings located in the Dakota City Heritage Village at the Dakota County Fairgrounds in Farmington. Jack will graduate next month from Rosemount High and the School of Environmental Studies. Jack will attend the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point in the fall, majoring in Natural Resource Management.
