RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Appoint the following Youth Commissioners: Jacob
Alex; Alana Corrigan; Josh Dennis; Zack Eichten; Aisha Mohamed; Maddie Munson;
Sydney Narloch; Sam Nelson; Joey Neuens; Virginia Norder; Nicole Oliphant; Jackson
Schalliol; Matthew Simmering; Kaleb Wick; and DeAnna Wuellner.
ISSUE
The City Council received 15 applications from youth members willing to serve as members on the Youth
Commissions. The City Council conducted interviews for those interested in serving on the Commission
in April. According to the Commission bylaws, the term shall run between the May annual meetings of
each year. The Commissioners may be reappointed.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the above-stated motion to appoint the commissioners.
