a. Approval of the April 23, 2013, Regular Meeting Minutes
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
a. Flint Hills Athletic Complex Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit (13-18 -
SP, 13 -19 -CUP). Staff initiated site plan review and conditional use permit to allow
construction of the first phase of the City's outdoor recreation complex containing three
soccer fields and a 145 stall parking lot on land donated by Flint Hills Resources.
b. Bella Vista Preliminary Plat and PUD Master Development Plan with Rezoning
(Lennar) (13- 21 -PP, 13 -22 -PUD). U.S. Home Corporation (Lennar) has submitted
applications for preliminary plat and PUD master development plan with rezoning to
construct a development named "Bella Vista" that consists of approximately 158 single
family units on 142 acres.
