RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the 2013 Service Agreement with the
Rosemount Leprechaun Days Committee.
ISSUE
For the past several years, the City Council has approved a service agreement between the City and the
organizers of the Leprechaun Days celebration. Staff has discussed the 2013 Service Agreement with
representatives of the Leprechaun Days Committee and both parties feel the agreement is ready for the
Council to consider approving. This year the celebration will take place from July 19 —July 28.
BACKGROUND
In 2005, community members organized a new Leprechaun Days Committee to coordinate the
celebration. The attached service agreement is similar to the one the City typically signs with the Haunted
Woods Trail coordinators.

Staff is recommending the City Council approve the 2013 Service Agreement with the Rosemount
