ISSUE Staff intends to make application to the Livable Communities Demonstration Account for a project grant to finance enhancements to the CDA's senior housing project. Part of the application process requires a resolution from the governing body, in this case the City Council. Because the Port Authority has ownership of the site, it would seem prudent to have the Port Authority also pass a resolution of support.
