Droste, Mayor AGENDA NO. 3•4- ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: RECOMMENDED ACTION: Present commendation A member of the Rosemount High School track and field team, Rachel Schow, won two state championships last month. In only her sophomore year, Rachel finished the 100 -yard and 300 -yard hurdles events over all competitors. She becomes the fifth individual girls state track champion at Rosemount and the first in the two events she won. Rachel is coached by Sara Hatleli. Her team placed tenth overall in the state tournament. Their success brings positive attention to their school and community.
