RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for
the Rosemount American Legion to hold Leprechaun Days events on July 26 and 27, 2013,
at 14590 Burma Avenue subject to the conditions in the staff report.
SUMMARY
The Rosemount American Legion (the "Legion ") has submitted a request for a Temporary On -Sale Liquor
License at 14590 Burma Avenue. The purpose of the request is to hold Leprechaun Days events in their
parking lot pavilion.
Staff recommends approval of the temporary liquor license as requested by the Legion to hold Leprechaun
Days events on July 26and 27, 2013. The approval is subject to the following conditions:
The pavilion area be fenced in a manner consistent with prior years and approved by the
Rosemount Chief of Police.
2. Access points to the fenced area are staffed by the Legion to control entry /exit.
3. All outdoor music must cease by 11:00 p.m.
