RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for
the Shenanigan's Pub to hold Leprechaun Days events on July 27, 2013 from Noon — 6:00
p.m., at 14605 South Robert Trail subject to the conditions in the staff report.
SUMMARY
Shenanigan's Pub has submitted a request for a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License at 14605 South Robert
Trail. The purpose of the request is to have an outdoor beer garden on their property in conjunction with
a Leprechaun Days event occurring in the neighboring parking lot.
Staff recommends approval of the temporary liquor license as requested by Shenanigan's Pub to have an
outdoor beer garden on July 27, 2013. The approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. The proposed area must be double fenced in a manner approved by the Rosemount Chief of
Police.
2. The access point to the fenced area must be staffed by the Shenanigan's Pub to control
entry /exit.
3. No persons under the age of 21 are permitted to enter the fenced area.
4. No alcoholic beverages are allowed out of the fenced area.
5. The outdoor beer garden may only operate during the hours of Noon and 6:00 p.m. on
Saturday, July 27.
