REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
JUNE 4, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145d' Street West,
Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Shoe - Corrigan,
Weisensel and Demuth attending. Staff present included City Administrator Johnson, City Clerk
Domeier, Director of Public Works /City Engineer Brotzler and Director of Parks and Recreation
Schultz. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson stated there were no proposed additions or corrections.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
3.a. Dakota County Mississippi River Regional Trail (MMRT) Project Update
Director of Public Works /City Engineer Brotzler provided a summary of the staff report. Bruce
Blair from Dakota County Parks Department provided a project update to the Council. Brief
discussion was held on the grants and timing issues.

Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Shoe - Corrigan.

Nays: None. Motion carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next City Council regular meeting will be held
on June 18, 2013.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by Demuth, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
