Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting- July 22, 2013
ISSUE
Staff recently received floor plans and elevation drawings of the proposed Senior Housing and Activity
Center that is being planned for the Steeple Center site at the corner of 143`d Street and Highway 3. The
Activity Center space is roughly 5,000 square feet on the ground level and roughly 3,800 square feet on the
second level. The floor plan for the Activity Center is still being reviewed and will most likely have some
changes made to it.
The Senior Housing Complex will include 90 units and will be a mix of independent living, assisted living
and memory care units.
Staff is interested in receiving any feedback the Commission members may have on these topics.
