ISSUE
Staff has received new Activity Center floor plans and building elevations. These are included in
your packet. The applications associated with the senior housing and public activity center continue
to be worked on but were not completed in time for formal city review. It is hoped that the City
Council and Port Authority will be asked to take action in September.
RECOMMENDATION
No Action Required.
