RECOMMENDED ACTION: Presentation of certificate of commendation
Rosemount is fortunate to have a large number of young people who reach the highest levels of Scouting
programs. The "Eagle Scout" designation is the highest advancement rank for Boy Scouts.
The City Council tonight continues its tradition of honoring these accomplishments by commending a
Rosemount student who recently achieved the Eagle rank.
Shaun Skrbec created an Eagle Scout project to help his elementary school. He helped move ten-
year-old computers from the school's computer lab to classrooms and set up new computers for
the lab. Shaun is a senior at Rosemount High School and hopes to attend the University of
Minnesota-Duluth to study actuary science.
