RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discussion
SUMMARY
The National League of Cities Congressional Conference will be held March 8-12, 2014 in Washington,
D.C. Early bird registration rates end on December 31. If any Council Members plan to attend the
conference it will be need to be considered at the December 17 regular meeting. According to the City's
adopted policy, the conference must be approved in advance by a vote of the City Council at an open
meeting and must include an estimate cost of the travel.
