RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the Green Mill Eagan, LLC and Rudy's
Redeye Grill On-Sale License on Public Premise Liquor Licenses to serve intoxicating
beverages valid January 7, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of On-Sale Licenses on Public Premise for Green Mill Eagan,LLC and
Rudy's Redeye Grill. Both applicants have submitted the required$350 fee and insurance
documents. The license term will run from date of approval to December 31,2014.
City Code 3-1-15 On-Sale License on Public Premise states the City Council may issue to the holder
of an on-sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the city or a municipality adjacent to the city, a
license to allow the dispensing of intoxicating liquor at any convention,banquet, conference,
meeting or social affair conducted on the premises of a sports, convention or cultural facility owned
by the City. No public hearing is required for the granting of an on-sale license on public premises.
