RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to appoint Council Member DeBettignies to the
Position of Acting Mayor for the City of Rosemount for the year 2014.
SUMMARY
Mayor Droste recommends the appointment of Council Member DeBettignies as Acting Mayor for the
year 2014. All statutory cities are required to annually appoint a Council Member to the position of Acting
Mayor to conduct meetings in the Mayor's absence.
