RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the license for the firms listed in the
executive summary to haul solid waste in the City of Rosemount.
ISSUE
As required by Ordinance 5-1-5, solid waste haulers in Rosemount are required to obtain a license from
the City. The haulers listed below have submitted a 2014 Solid Waste Haulers License Application and
provided all of the information required in the application and have paid the $320.00 license fee.
1. Allied Waste Systems of the Twin Cities Residential, Commercial, Roll off
2. Tennis Roll Off,LLC Construction
3.JME of Monticello, Inc. Construction, Roll Off
4. Alpha Container Services Roll off
5. Inver Grove Sanitation Residential, Commercial
6. Lloyd's Construction Services Construction
7. Waste Management Residential, Commercial, Roll off
8. Nitti Sanitation Inc. Residential, Commercial
9. Ray Anderson& Sons Co. Inc Construction
10. Randy's Sanitation Construction
11. Keith Krupenny and Son Construction, Roll off
12. Aspen Waste Systems Commercial
13. Highland Sanitation Residential, Commercial, Construction
14. DSI/LSI Residential, Commercial, Roll off
15. Troje's trash & Recycling Residential, Commercial
SUMMARY
This is a request for Council to approve the Solid Waste Haulers License Application for the firms listed
above.
