HomeMy WebLinkAbout20130917 CCM RM ROSEMOUNT CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS SEPTEMBER 17, 2013 CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145th Street West,Rosemount. Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Shoe-Corrigan, Droste,Weisensel and Demuth attending. Staff present included City Administrator Johnson, Chief of Police Werner, City Clerk Domeier and Director of Parks and Recreation Schultz. The Pledge of Allegiance was said. ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA City Administrator Johnson stated there were no proposed changes. Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies. Motion to Adopt the Agenda. p g Ayes: 5 Nays: 0. Motion carried. PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS 3.a. New Police Sergeants Introduction Chief of Police Werner summarized the information in the staff report and introduced Sergeants Dahlstrom and Coughlin. CONSENT AGENDA Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Weisensel. Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda. a. Minutes of the August 14,2013 Work Session Proceedings b. Minutes of the September 3,2013 Regular Meeting Proceedings c. Bills Listing d. Approval of Amendment to Shenanigan's Pub Class A On-Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License e. Declare Surplus Property f. Jaycee Park Playground Request for Proposal (RFP) g. Halloween Event—Service Agreement h. Declaration of Surplus Property—Parks &Recreation Dept. Ayes: DeBettignies, Shoe-Corrigan, Droste,Weisensel, Demuth Nays: None. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next City Council meeting will be held on October 1, 2013.
