New Improvements to the Community Center—A couple of new amenities have been added to
the Rosemount Community Center. A wall mounted water feature was recently added to the lobby area of
the Banquet Hall. Also, a gas fire pit was installed in the Banquet Hall outdoor patio area. Both of these
items should enhance our visitors' experience at the Community Center.
Breakfast with Santa - On Saturday, December 14, the Parks and Recreation
Department hosted the annual Breakfast with Santa event in the gym at the
Community Center. Approximately 200 people participated in the breakfast which
featured professional photos with Santa, along with many crafts and games. A big
thank you goes out to Twin C's who sponsor this event by donating the breakfast of
cereal, milk, juice, muffins, scones, donuts and fruit. The next family special event
we will be offering is the free Winter Family Fun Fest on Friday, February 7, 2014
from 6 — 8 p.m.
