a. Approval of the January 14, 2014, Regular Meeting Minutes
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
a. Request by Verizon Wireless for a Site Plan Review to install an equipment shelter to
house cellular antennas equipment at the Connemara water tower site(14-19-SP).
b. Request by Dakota County CDA for a preliminary plat,planned unit development master
development plan and rezoning,planned unit development final site and building plan and
final plat to construct a senior housing development consisting of 60 units (14-08-PUD-
MASTER, 14-09-PUD-FINAL, 14-10-PP, 14-11-FP).
c. Request by Rosemount Senior Living Associates I for a planned unit development
master development plan and rezoning,planned unit development final site and building
plan to construct a 90 unit senior housing development and activity center unit(14-12-PUD-
MASTER, 14-13-PUD-FINAL, 14-14-PP, 14-15-FP).
d. Request by Joan Anderson (2295 Bonaire Path) for a lot split,lot combination and
rezoning to rezone the parcel from AG—Agricultural to R1 —Low Density Residential and
to create an additional parcel for a single family home (14-16-LS, 14-17-LC, 14-18-RZ).
e. Request by Danner, Inc.for Small Scale Mineral Extraction Permit Renewal (14-07-
ME) for 2014.
