RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the acceptance of ammunition to the
Rosemount Police Department Ammunition Supply (1000 rounds .223 caliber ammo).
ISSUE
The Police Department occasionally receives requests from citizens who wish to donate items. Mr. Vitek
from Rosemount requested to donate ammunition to the Police Department.
BACKGROUND
The Rosemount Police Department maintains a supply of ammunition for the purpose of training and
practice. Mr. Vitek's donation will allow the Department to conduct additional training.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends the Council approve the donation of 1000 rounds of.223 caliber ammunition to the
Police Department Ammunition Supply.
