RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the Barman's Hospitality Group, Inc. d/b/a
Celt's Irish Pub & Grill On-Sale License on Public Premise Liquor License to serve
intoxicating beverages valid March 18, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of On-Sale Licenses on Public Premise for Barman's Hospitality Group,
Inc. d/b/a Celt's Irish Pub &Grill. The applicant has submitted the required$350 fee and
insurance documents. The license term will run from March 18,2014 to December 31, 2014.
City Code 3-1-15 On-Sale License on Public Premise states the City Council may issue to the holder
of an on-sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the city or a municipality adjacent to the city, a
license to allow the dispensing of intoxicating liquor at any convention,banquet, conference,
meeting or social affair conducted on the premises of a sports, convention or cultural facility owned
by the City. No public hearing is required for the granting of an on-sale license on public premises.
