SUMMARY
Mary Riley served on City Council from January 01, 2001, through December 31, 2004, and served on Port
Authority from January 1, 2001, through March 31, 2014. Throughout her tenure there were numerous
communitywide projects with which she was involved, most notably serving on the Downtown
Redevelopment Committee and providing guidance during the redevelopment of the former Brockway
Glass factory into the Harmony neighborhood. Her insights and knowledge of the community have been
beneficial during discussions about marketing of the community, economic development, and business
retention. Ms. Riley has spent over thirteen years serving the community and has been a valuable asset to
both Council and Port Authority.
The City Council and staff would like to thank Ms. Riley for serving the community and helping to shape a
better future for Rosemount.
